Hazelnut flour
AmaNut Italy hazelnut flour is produced from carefully selected hazelnuts sourced from our own supply chain. A versatile raw material designed for chocolate makers, pastry shops, gelato producers, artisan workshops and food manufacturers.
Hazelnut flour for professional use
Our hazelnut flour begins with raw materials of known origin, directly monitored from cultivation through the subsequent processing stages.
By managing processing internally using our own machinery and dedicated technologies, we maintain control over the hazelnuts' journey and produce an ingredient designed to meet the needs of food industry professionals.
A versatile ingredient for a variety of applications
Hazelnut flour expands the possibilities for using hazelnuts and offers a versatile solution for a wide range of professional preparations.
It is part of the AmaNut Italy product range, alongside shelled hazelnuts, roasted hazelnuts, chopped hazelnuts and pure hazelnut paste, allowing artisan workshops and food companies to choose the most suitable product for their production requirements.
Hazelnut flour for pastry and the food industry
Our hazelnut flour is intended for pastry shops, gelato producers, artisan workshops, food manufacturers and industry professionals looking for a product made from carefully selected hazelnuts.
Direct control over agricultural production and processing allows us to serve as a partner for the Italian and European professional markets, offering products from an integrated and traceable supply chain.
From hazelnut cultivation to processing
Product quality begins in our hazelnut orchards in Piedmont. AmaNut Italy manages 154 hectares of orchards, directly overseeing the hazelnuts from cultivation through to harvesting.
The raw materials then undergo cleaning, drying, shelling and sorting before further processing.
A state-of-the-art optical sorting machine identifies and removes nuts that do not meet the required quality standards.
This process allows us to know the origin of our hazelnuts and maintain their traceability throughout the entire supply chain, right through to the finished product.
